In 2007 Keath suffered three major episodes of back pains. He seeked help from various medical professionals but to no avail. The pain remained. He couldn’t sit or stand for long. The pain was constant. Slowly the pain began to travel down the leg with a numbing feeling. Being young and a regular exerciser, this was confusing to him. What was happening?
His experience with back pain made him reflect on his own training and the health and fitness industry. ABMUS was borne after a deeper understanding of the essence of movement principles i.e how our bodies should move and what we have not being taught before be it by doctors, therapists, trainers, etc.
